Payments through PayPal are accepted. Portugal only, in addition to Paypal payments can be made by bank transfer or deposit. In the latter case, payment must be completed within 72 hours from the order and sent the proof of the transaction to Suspiro email. Upon receiving cleared payment shipping will proceed.
Upon receipt, Suspiro orders will be shipped between 2 to 5 working days.
When this term is not possible to accomplish the customer will receive an email warning when it will be shipped.
This term is Not ensured for Personalized items, in periods of Promotions, Sales, Christmas or Stock rupture.
If you live in Coimbra’s area you can choose between delivery by courier or free delivery in hands, if you choose delivery in hands, I will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Orders will be sent using the Portuguese Mail Company (CTT) by registered mail with delivery confirmation and track number, that is provided as soon as the order is sent.

Shipping costs are per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery and the total order weight. Please note that shipping costs also cover packaging materials and the travel to the post office also.

All orders are sent by registered mail, if the customer would like an express shipping this should be requested through the contact form and Suspiro will send a new shipping costs price for customers approval.
It is the customer responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when on checkout. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.
If the customer wants to receive the order in a different shipping address than the invoice address, needs to follow the steps given on “Send a Gift” page mentioning that it is not a gift.
If the order is a gift and the customer wants to send it directly to the person to offer, please follow the steps given on “Send a Gift” page mentioning that it is a gift.
All Suspiro orders are gift wrapped, ready for gift giving to anyone special to you! This is a free service that I provide aiming to make your shopping experience one to remember.
In case of lost deliveries, the total amount of the order will be refunded.
If for some reason the order it is not delivered by hand, by the postman, the customer is responsible for picking up on time, at the post office. In case of order return, due to not timely raised, a new delivery will be made upon payment of new shipping costs.
